Shake before use

Leave in the fridge for extra cooling sensation

Every day use - lightly spray over the roots with 1-2 pumps & run hands down hair

Weekly use- target scalp area spray as much as needed making sure the roots feel damp but not drenched, massage into scalp & run and remaining residue down the hair, use a towel or hair dryer if necessary to dry excess spray.
